Wrote to ColonelDicJr offering him the position of War Marshal.  If the likes of  EmeraldQueen , Lone Wolf67, poot11 & Supreme Ruler come out of inactivity, would appreciate it if you guys could nudge them towards the league.   Would like the colonel nudged towards the league along with DH7 & SB17.  They can keep the positions they have now in the league.  Call it addition by subtraction.

klemal says that he will eventually come as Diplomat.  Was wondering if you could fill in for him as well as serve as Alliance Notice Board Poster Princess, Chat Czarina & coach/trainer.

I think it's perfect with one exception.  We are going to institute some level requirements to be a part of USAF.  I think we are going to settle on level 30 being the minimum level which means that bmarocks would need to stay with you and the team until he hits the appropriate level.  If Will948 wants to come over we can accomodate that.  How are the members reacting to the take over?



My reply:


No reaction, not even from rickdockins.  Having a lvl 30  minimal requirement is not smart given the sheer number of semi-actives who need to be nudged over here to have meaningful addition by subtraction at the main alliance.  Having a lvl 30 requirement would result in a lot of empty spots.    Having a minimim of lvl 10 would be better since it  requires some real effort being shown beyond the initial stage.

I was told to offer bmarocks the chance to come over to SF USAF.  He has shown some real activity and would be a credit to the alliance.

Yes, this 30 level wouldn't be a requirement for right now, you already mention a lot of problems arising from that and I can add a few others. We will go there gradually. We can start with level 10 or 15 and leveling up if we find that recruitment prospers and we find place in subs for members falling below the criteria.

On other line, by the time being I believe USAF will need to stick to klemal, until we have another diplomat in the works. Which doesn't mean klemal will not jump over there ocasionally. It's just that at this time I believe klemal will be way more effective for continuity in USAF than in soon to be ex-Mars, and can still use some leverage for growth in USAF before taking new paths.

I am writing to the members of the previous discussions to advice of transfer, and will try to have Garym passing the message also. The idea is to have these guys there as soon of possible.
