Message to GARYM October 30th 2014

Please reinstate me as the Alliance Diplomat and let both the m guy and myself approach the SR's and/or the S-F's about our becoming part of their alliance family since you obviously are not getting the job done.  As for my successor as War Marshal, please put DAlex in that position.
